By using Mock Stream you agree to the terms below. They're written in plain language; if anything is unclear, message us on Telegram (@mrkhasanoff3).
1. Who we are
Mock Stream is a practice platform for CEFR, IELTS and Cambridge English exams. We provide mock tests, AI feedback, and progress tracking. We're independent of Cambridge Assessment English, IELTS, and any official examining body.
2. Accounts
You can use Mock Stream as a Guest, or sign in with Google / Telegram. A signed-in account syncs your results across devices. You're responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure.
3. VIP and premium access
Premium and Regular VIP codes are issued individually and may be revoked if shared, resold, or used in bad faith. Your premium status applies to the account it was activated on; refunds are handled case-by-case via Telegram.
Subscription period. Each premium/regular access is granted for a fixed period (90 days by default; the actual length is set by your administrator at the time of purchase). When the period ends, premium features are automatically disabled. You can request a renewal from your administrator.
Device limit. A single account can be used on up to 5 different devices. To enforce this and prevent account sharing, we record a device identifier the first time you sign in on each browser/device. We do not share this data with third parties, do not use it for advertising, and use it only to protect the subscription you paid for. If you genuinely need to use more than 5 devices, contact your administrator.
4. Content and fair use
Mock content, audio, AI explanations and example answers are for personal study only. Don't copy or redistribute them. Recordings you make during a mock are stored to score your attempt and may be reviewed by our team for quality checks; we don't sell them to third parties.
5. Acceptable behaviour
Don't attempt to break the platform, scrape mocks at scale, or harass other students or staff. Accounts that do so will be locked.
6. AI feedback
AI scores and feedback are estimates intended to help you improve — they aren't official exam results. We do our best to keep them accurate but they should not be used as proof of proficiency to any third party.
7. Privacy
We collect the minimum needed to run the service: your name, your sign-in email if you choose one, attempts and scores. We don't sell personal data. Contact us via Telegram to request a copy of your data or to delete your account.
8. Service availability
The service is provided "as is". We aim for high uptime but can't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update features, mocks, and pricing without prior notice.
9. Changes to these terms
If we make meaningful changes we'll update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, post a notice on the landing page.
